A beautiful hotel in the waterfront, about thirty minutes by Metro, outside of Bilbao City. Within ten minutes walk of two Metro stations, it was a wonderful base to explore the city and have the tranquility of water to retreat to. Some nearby bars and shops too made for a very pleasant weekend break for me and my daughter, they're for a big right match in San Mamés. Will definitely go back with my family.

Very good location with good staff. Restaurant was closed but they had a sister restaurant around the corner which was very good.

This is the most amazing hotel. The staff are delightful, the welcome drink we chose was a very nice white wine from the local area. The hotel has a metro card ready for you to take to travel into the city. The pool was cool but the views amazing. The room was out of this world. His and hers showers. A sofa. A huge bed. Booked a basic room, which is ok for our night stop over. Always clean and very comfortable, with great views over the estuary. We have used this hotel twice a year for several years with no complaints. On our last trip we found slight damp in the corners of the wall behind the large window curtains. We had a junior suite with views over the river. It was everything we had wished for this short break. The hotel is in a really good location. The breakfast excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fabulous hotel for visiting the Guggenheim but also walkable to all areas of Bilbao. Breakfast is perfect, everything you could want and more. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food is superb and good value for a 5* hotel restaurant. Finally the staff are all friendly and helpful. All together a great stay.
