This is a great central location. The staff were great from the desk staff to the cleaning staff, all were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. Air con worked well. The windows could be opened and when closed insulated you from outside city noise well.
Not all at disappointed with our hotel choice in Bilbao.
