A beautiful hotel in the waterfront, about thirty minutes by Metro, outside of Bilbao City. Within ten minutes walk of two Metro stations, it was a wonderful base to explore the city and have the tranquility of water to retreat to. Some nearby bars and shops too made for a very pleasant weekend break for me and my daughter, they're for a big right match in San Mamés.
Will definitely go back with my family.

This is the most amazing hotel. The staff are delightful, the welcome drink we chose was a very nice white wine from the local area. The hotel has a metro card ready for you to take to travel into the city. The pool was cool but the views amazing. The room was out of this world. His and hers showers. A sofa. A huge bed. Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough

As with most Paradors, Limpias has a stately home feel about it! Grand staircases and stained glass windows!
The staff are pleasant and helpful! The food is delicious, the breakfast buffet is amazing with a huge array of dishes including bacon and eggs! There is nothing to fault in this hotel. Can't wait to go back!
