The staff provided excellent service and comped me a ticket to Guggenheim Museum, which is only a few minutes walk away. They gave excellent restaurant recommendations and helped book transportation. They only have instant coffee in the room but they have a lovely honor bar open 24/7. No Netflix, but cozy robes and slippers! I had a lovely visit.

Very nice hotel in San Sebastian. I was a little concern because its about 15 minutes away from the main area and in the middle of a highway, but the bus stops right in front of the hotel and it is the best way to travel. They also have parking on the hotel sight. Great staff.

This hotel has an excellent breakfast and good location. But the room was extremely small with a narrow double bed and a bathroom door that only partially opened due to obstruction. There was however a good size balcony. There is a nightclub nearby and the party was on until late with big crowds at the street. The service itself was efficient and nice but the hotel felt very expensive for what it was.
