"Would be appropriate to have towel rails to put out towels As deaf and hard of hearing. TVs in public places should have closed captions turned on especially where areas are noisy"

"Hotel is really good. It is well located and easy to reach. The layout is quirky and fun. The sky bar is a nice place to enjoy a drink with city views. The only thing that lets it down is breakfast is a bit of a bumfight. It is overcrowded as there don't seem to be enough seats for the guests and although there are staff everywhere it is hard to get any of them to stop and help."

"Great hotel in general - clean but we had concerns about the smell of mould in the bathroom, had to jam the door open as it was stifling when closed. Something to do with fire laws there....that may put me of staying there as I struggle with that particular smell - HOWEVER....the Chop Grill & Bar was excellent!!! Staff amazing and the food was so good we ate there twice!!! Would defo visit the restaurant again :-)"

"Room was perfect for our needs. Clean, nice bedding, clean bathroom. The only issue was the windows would not latch shut. But it didn't hamper our stay at all."

"We booked a 1 night stay as we had an early flight from Glasgow Airport. Checking in at 8.40pm and staying for less than 8 hours gave us no time to enjoy the facilities. However the restaurant staff were so helpful in ensuring we could dine before last orders at 9pm. The food was tasty and service was swift. Our waitress was so friendly (sorry don’t recall her name). Our bedroom was spacious, but did have a damp smell which was a little off putting. At only £79 it was great value for money though. Please ensure you park in the Hotel car park. We initially parked in the Hospital car park and it was a fair hike to Reception."
