Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I made a card payment in advance at Expedia and showed the receipt screen, but I was forced to pay cash on site. I was ignored when I asked to contact a middleman if your hotel was listed on Expedia by the middleman.
