Barely spoke to us and just laid back down. Left bags then went back later to check in, chap at reception couldn’t understand us and we had to speak to someone over the phone so he understood we had a booking there (how he could not tell from names on passports). Gave us key cards and we found our own way to room. We were on the 5th floor, and it must have been the same floor that people also lived on, kids running around shouting, people shouting to each other day and night slamming doors. Someone walked in on us in the room, didn’t knock just let themselves in, considering we saw know one else we were surprised. Shower barely worked no pressure.
