overall good except for the smell

I requested a nonsmoking room but had unpleasant smell of a cigarette. If you are very sensitive with this kind of smell, i would not recommend. However, the staffs were very helpful and provided right advice.

Bad Service!!!!!

We requested to clean room but they did not. When we asked receptionist, they afirmed that room had been cleaned. Then, housekeepers came and asked us to hang out for 20 mins. After 40mins, I questioned recept whether they finished or not? I was being tired and sleepy. They told me that their staff has finished for a while. However, when I came to bed, Bedcover and pillowcase were still dirty and not replaced by new ones. Suprisingly, glasses in bathroom was not cleaned, they had stains in the bottom. I really got angry and asked for explain. The morning after, the Supervisor of Housekeeper came and asked for taking photos for evidence. She Also got angry after looking at bed and bathroom and apologized for not convenience. But Housekeepers were rude while they was talking to guest and their Supervisor. Morever, Expedia asked for hotel review after staying at there, I complained for the dirty room but the representative from hotel replied us like we told lies. Bad service!!!
