Taxis stop is only 4 minutes walking as well bus stop . The villa is bright and spacious, with large main bedrooms with bathrooms in suite. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with large built wardrobes and with 3 full bathrooms , makes of this villa a perfect option for big families travelling together and all type of guess. The villa offer, 2 large terraces once facing south east and the other facing west, which is enclosed with large aluminium windows and great grill area with built BBQ, perfect for dining and at same time to be protect for the wind. We had a fabulous holiday and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Medina. The location of the villa is perfect with two small supermarkets and some wonderful restaurants a few minutes away. We spent many lovely hours sitting outside and would recommend this locating villa to anyone thinking of holidaying in Playa Blanca.

We enjoyed our stay here. The villa is excellent, well equipped and well looked after in a very quiet area and withing easy level walking distance of the seafront path. Would not hesitate staying here again.

We had a lovely week the villa is very spacious and comfortable. Pool lovely and lounges. Beautiful views from the main bedroom. Lovely restaurant and shops about a 10 minute walk away. The only thing we would criticise was we had no utensils for the BBQ as the kitchen utensil were plastic so had to purchase. Otherwise I would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our weeks stay in Playa Blanca. Pool was lovely & warm every time we wanted to use it. Everything we needed in kitchen to cook a couple of meals whilst there. Comfy bed in master bedroom with air conditioning in main room too. Instructions & communication on arrival excellent. Secure driveway for rental car. Would definitely stay here again.

The Villa is so close to be being perfect. The cleanliness was excellent and the outside area was fantastic. There are a couple of things that could be done to improve the experience of staying at the Villa, no BBQ utensils, but the BBQ was very good being inside. Also, a further set of furniture on the rear patio near the pool would be nice. These issues however were not too problematic. Any requests or issues are dealt with in an efficient manner. The area where the Villa is situated is very quiet and near to a few bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

Just returned from a week in Lanzarote. Medina Villa was lovely. It was a large property, very good size pool. We had everything we needed. Location was excellent, quiet area and just a short drive into Playa Blanca. Overall a perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend staying in Barbara's villa.

We arrived 23rd December 2023 as a group of 4 adults & 4 children, the host met us at the property & had left us a Christmas tree & chocolate for tge children which was a lovely touch. Villa was as described in the listing, clean & spacious. Pool area was incredible with plenty of space. Neighbourhood was really quiet & the overall location excellent. Host was very friendly & quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely return at some point in the future.

This is a very nice Villa and good value for money compared to many of a similar size. It is a bit out of the main town but taxis are very cheap and there is a local bus service. Barbara the owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Medina. Barbara met us at the Petrol Station in Playa Blanca and brought us directly to the Villa which saved us the hassle of trying to find it ourselves. The villa was lovely, clean ,bright and spacious. The pool was lovely and warm and the kids spent hours in it which meant a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday for all.

Another wonderful stay at this villa with no complaints. This villa is perfect for our family with young adult children as there is so much space. The villa has been well maintained and upgraded since our stay last year and was spotless clean with everything you need for a great holiday. We loved the pool area and also relaxing in the evening under the front veranda. Barbara is an amazing and helpful host who is always available.

Well maintained villa with a fabulous solar heated pool. The owners and agent very helpful. Location quiet and peaceful, though during our stay the next door villa was mostly vacant. A car is most useful as the town is about 1 hours walk, mostly along the seafront path. The best restaurants are in Playa Blanca. Davinci's in town we found excellent.

We stayed for 10 days over Easter and it was fantastic. Pam met us to show us around and was very helpful throughout the stay, they even left a bottle of wine. The villa was clean and well equipped, pool was nice and warm and cleaned midway through the stay too. We tried out a couple of the local restaurants just a few minutes walk away and they were great. I would recommend staying here to anyone and if we return to Lanzarote we will stay here again. Thanks.

We are a family of 5 and often stay away in villas and this one was one of the best we’ve stayed in for the money. Recently refurbished villa. 3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Heated pool. Sun all day. Good location close to a small beach and beach bar plus local restaurants and shops. Hire bikes and cycle the sea front path all the way along the front through playa Blanca - loads of great restaurants / bars / shops / water sports. Really Helpful host. All in a great 5 star stay.

We had the most amazing 2 week stay and have just returned home feeling refreshed. We hired both villas for 2 weeks as 2 families holidaying together. They were both well furnished and spotlessly clean. We had a very friendly welcome from Pam and Barbara who are very nice and made everything perfect for out arrival. They are well located and within walking distance even with small kids to the nearest bars restaurants and shops. The centre and busier parts in town are also within walking distance if you like a nice stroll along the sea front or you can easily get a taxi which are extremely cheap. We would definitely return in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you from Andy and family.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Medina; it was in immaculate condition with plenty of space both inside and out. Whilst a little way out of Playa Blanca town you may want a car although in hindsight we could've managed without; 2 buses run every hour with the bus stop just around the corner and a circa 5-10 minute ride into town. Even a taxi from the Marina Rubicon (other end of town)was only approximately 7 Euro's for 4 of us. There are a number of nice bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We received a lovely welcome pack with wine, oranges, coffee etc. which was appreciated. The handover was very simple and Pam promptly responded to all correspondence prior to our holiday. We had no reason to contact Pam whilst there however i'm sure if we had, any issue would've been promptly dealt with. We would thoroughly recommend the villa as a fantastic holiday base and would quite happily return; it's in a very quiet and peaceful location and the sea can be accessed within just a few minutes - we wish we were back there!! My family of 5 stayed in this villa for a week and we all found it to be perfect for us. The communications I had with Pam leading up to the holiday were very good and she always answered any questions I had very promptly. The villa was very well maintained and clean and the pool was lovely and warm. Make sure you cover it when not using it as this helps keep the temperature high. The villa is about 40 mins drive from the airport and we hired a car for 85 pounds from autoreisen which I would recommend as I'm sure it would cost nearly that for 2 taxi trips to and from. About 5 mins walk away is a small selection of restaraunts that cater for nearly all types of foods you may want and we found most of them to be very good indeed. There is also a small supermarket there although it is slightly more expensive than the main town of playa blanca. Playa blanca is about 10 mins by car or bus, or you can probably walk along the coast in 40 to 50 mins. It has some lovely beaches and the promenade is a lovely walk and vibrant in the evenings. This was our first time in Lanzarote and we found it to be a fantastic island and would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we would love to go back again one day.

This was a great villa for our family holiday. It was nicely furnished and decorated inside and was very comfortable with everything we needed for our holiday. Although there was no air conditioning, even in July, the villa was never too warm. We did leave the windows open for a while before going to bed to help cool the bedrooms. There was a good internet connection which allowed us to surf the web to find out about local attractions/restaurants. There is a BBQ outside and you can buy charcoal locally at the supermarket. The pool was a good size for the villa and putting on the cover overnight meant that it was a lovely temperature during the day. We also liked the fact that pool towels were provided. The villa was located near the Faro Park development so it was only a short walk to the small local centre which had a supermarket, lovely bakery and a selection of restaurants. Playa Blanca centre is a 5 minute drive or taxi ride away, parking is easiest at the port from where you can walk up steps to the main street. A hire car would be preferable for this villa. Our contact Pam was extremely helpful, efficient and easy to deal with.

We arrived at Las Meritas early therefore our villa was not ready after being cleaned but locally (about 3 minute walk) was a row of restaurants / bars and supermarkets that we were able to chill out in while we were waiting & have some lunch. Very reasonably priced. We were also allowed to leave out bags in the villa while it was being finished. When we were allowed in, after paying the remaining fee for our stay we were very nicely surprised by the size of the villa & cleanliness. It was perfect for me, my husband, our two children, my mother & her partner. All rooms had fans (no air con) but that was OK for us. The fan in the kids room did not work but at the end of the stay we informed Pam and she said she will arrange alternative for the next guests. Six sunbeds out the back by the pool (which was wonderfully spacious and caught the sun all day) & was also a decent size for us, very clean as Pam arranged for it to be cleaned mid week & was a great depth. We were given beach towels, clean bath towels & the living area had a satellite box with ALL channels. My husband and step dad were very pleased as they could catch up on the football without leaving the Villa! Playa Blanca town was about 5 minutes down the road in a taxi (costing around 4€ in the day and 6€ of an evening). The walk was about 45 minutes but the scenery was beautiful. Very small but pleasant beach on the strip in Playa Blanca which we visited & spent the day once but the sea was lovely and the children had a blast. Overall I was very happy with our stay. Everything we needed was nearby & I would definitely recommend this beautiful Villa to friends and family. Word of warning - the hot water was not great as there was not enough for everyone to shower around the same time but Pam explained at the end of the holiday this was due to being run off of electric & not gas. Thank you Pam for making our stay pleasurable.

My husband and I have spent a most relaxing 7 weeks here. We were met at the villa by Pam and Barbara and were shown round the property. We were pleasantly surprised to find a full bowl of fruit and bottle of wine and water had been left for us. This villa is tastefully decorated and furnished, with plenty of storage. There are masses of outdoor space ideal for families and friends to share. The heated pool is an added bonus which we made full use of, even on cooler days. The walk into Playa Blanca is about 40 minutes and a further 20 minutes’ walk takes you to the restaurants and shops at Marina Rubicon. There is a regular bus service around Playa Blanca with a stop around the corner (La Goleta) or over at Faro Park – all fares are the same whatever stop you want (currently €1.40). Taxi fares are just over €5 between the town centre and here. It’s worth taking a cliff-top walk at Papagayo to enjoy the views or to spend some time on one of the beautiful beaches. The nearest bus stop is Las Coloradas or there is access by road on a rough track to several car parks. You will also find a small collection of cafés/bars(about 40 minutes walk) If you want to explore further afield all the main tourist spots are worth a visit. We hired a car and also enjoyed some lovely drives around the island. If you fancy taking advantage of an excursion we recommend booking though Last Minute and they are situated along-side some bars opposite the main taxi rank in Playa Blanca. We booked a trip to Fuerteventura with them and our transfer to the airport. Spending so long here we have tried most of the bars and restaurants and not been disappointed anywhere. Just focusing on those closest to the property, we can recommend La Flamenca for a fine quality meal. El Faro does great tapas and will give you a small taster tapa with each round if you are just going in for drinks. A new bar has just opened called La Pezuna Negra, specialising in Spanish ham, wild boar and deer chorizo and cheeses. The Lounge Bar has comfortable seating for leisurely evening drinks. We are very pleased with our choice of villa. The cleaners have been great, leaving the villa lovely and fresh and clean each week. Dealing with Pam has been so easy and straightforward too. We only had one snag while we were here and that was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Couldn't have been better.

We've just returned to the UK from a lovely week and to a person we all had a fantastic time! There were 15 of us travelling in total ... 12 adults and 3 children. Travel cot and inflatable beds with all required bedding were provided for the children. Each villa has 3 bathrooms meaning each family / couple had their own bathroom ... Big help! All bedding & towels (including beach towels) provided. Kitchen facilities, utensils, etc etc all very well stocked. Limited English TV channels available but there is a DVD player which was handy, we packed a few DVD's for our young daughter to occasionally watch. Overall the villas are finished to a very nice modern standard. Couple of little constructive points, the pillows provided aren't the most comfortable and could do with some blinds / curtains on the rear kitchen window & door just to give a little more privacy if desired. Outside the villas have now been extended at the rear to include a beautiful sun room, this is a perfect setting for a meal together. It includes the barbecue area which again is lovely, we made use of this a couple of times during the week. The pool area is a very nice size with plenty of sun loungers / chairs to house everybody. The pool itself was a little chilly given the time of year but this didn't bother most of us once we were in. The solar heat blanket for the pool does make a big difference in the pool temperature so I would recommend putting it over the pool whenever not in use! The location of the villas is a good 30-40 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanca and the main Playa Dorada beach however the local Taxi's are very efficient. Around 5 euros for a taxi into the town centre and they are quickly with you once booked over the phone. locally there is a well stocked mini market, several restaurants (la flamenca is brilliant) a few bars and a fast food place, again very good after a few drinks if you're peckish later on! All within a 5 minute walk. In town, we would highly recommend the Da Vinci restaurant (owned by Juan himself, 10% discount for villa guests). Would also recommend a walk up Montana Roja, not too steep so suited to most ages and the views up at the top are panoramic! All in all a fantastic week of winter sun, beautiful place and very friendly people. Pam, Juan and Barbara were all very helpful indeed and we will definitely be back again soon! Thanks :)

Cuando organizas unas vacaciones con la familia, lo que te importa es que todo esté bien, pues en este caso en referencia a la estancia ha sido así. La recepción he sido muy correcta y las instalaciones insuperable, amplia, limpia, zona muy tranquila, servicios de primera necesidad cerca. En definitiva un 10.
