Recent holiday
Villa Samantha Elizabeth was perfect in so many ways. Met every criteria that was advertised and backed up by Karen the host. All questions were answered in a speedy manner and access details very straight forward. The villa itself is outstanding with all the facilities you would ever need and maintained to a very high standard.Add in the swimming pool, spacious garden and pool table and you have the lot. The location of the villa from the airport & Playa Blanca is excellent. Recommend using the local taxis as so reliable and cheap. Ate out every night as the restaurants and bars are great and reasonably priced. Would recommend 100% and look forward to a return visit.

Relaxing break
The villa was lovely - it is an ideal place for a relaxing and quiet holiday . The villa is beautiful with a pool and large area outside. This is secluded and quiet. Kitchen had everything you needed. Lounge area large and great for evenings chilling or watching some tv! Karen was a great host - great at communicating and friendly . Swimming pool was cleaned during the week which was good. Villa is about a mile walk from the beach which was fine for us as we walked and ran! Overall a lovely holiday - we would definitely stay here again .

Amazing villa highly recommend
Absolutely brilliant stay in an amazing villa! Spotlessly clean with all you’d need for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of room for everyone bedrooms were great, comfy beds and big bathrooms showers were hot and powerful, kitchen had all you’d need with plenty of utensils the pool was great, warm and big enough for the inflatables to relax on and plenty of beds to lounge on. Location was so quiet and private with playa Blanca 25/30 minute walk away. Karen was a great host always responded quickly and with information requested. Highly recommend a stay here you won’t be disappointed

Amazing villa, highly recommend
We stayed from 21-28 December as 2 families with children from age 8-15yrs. Karen was quick to reply to any messages, checked we had got in ok and that our stay was going ok. The villa, well it was outstanding, lots of kitchen utensils so you never ran out, pool area was clean tidy, the beds were huge! The pool table was a bonus. I can't think of anything terrible about the property, it was on a quiet street about 20min walk to Playa Flamingo or Playa Blanca or a €5 taxi ride! I'd definitely book again! Thank you, Karen 😁

Great spacious house ideal for a large group
We were a large group with a lot of kids. The house was perfect with the 5 bedrooms and the living room. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the barbecue. We also liked the proximity to everything, you just need to have a car. Karen is very friendly and accommodating, thank you for this Karen! Overall a great experience. We highly recommend the house to anyone planning to go to Lanzarote.

Great Villa but not as it seems!!
We booked this villa requiring, as advertised and confirmed, a 4 bedroom villa for my adult family. However, we were so surprised to find the master/ fourth bedroom and ensuite bathroom locked. We found it so difficult to get a reply from Karen, the host, and had to get Vrbo to do so. When we finally spoke to her, already over an hour after check in, she said that because we were a party of 6 we were only entitled to 3 bedrooms and would require a further payment for the fourth bedroom. She tried to claim that this was in the listing/contract!!!!This is completely incorrect and thankfully Vrbo backed this up and spoke to her directly. She was unable to see this complaint from our point of view as a family on holiday and was rude and aggressive. Because of her obstinance and greed, one of our party had to sleep on the sofa for the first night until the fourth, master bedroom was then opened. This is completely unacceptable and ruined our arrival. Vrbo offered to re-accommodate us but we decided to stay rather than ruin more of our holiday. It's such a shame about the hosting because the villa, a little tired in places, was what we needed and once the property booked was made available was a good size.

Jules I’m very sorry you still feel this way after our conversation I thought we had resolved this matter. You booked the villa for 6 people which entitles you too 3 bedrooms as listed. After speaking with you an hour after your arrival you then requested a fourth bedroom in which you was not willing to pay for, yet due to your misunderstanding I felt as a good will gesture I would make the fourth bedroom available too you free of charge. My management team tried to make this available too you straight away, yet we could not get a hold of you until the following morning. This matter was dealt with professionally never have I been rude to any of my customers and always deal with any matters or issues that may arise accordingly and professionally. Kind regards Karen

Perfect Villa
This was our second visit and we're already looking forward to visiting again! The villa is immaculately clean, extremely spacious and very private. The location is fantastic, quiet & peaceful area but only a few minutes drive to Marina Rubicon / lots of shops & restaurants. Communication with Sue, the villa manager, was easy and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

Spacious villa with wonderful pool and outdoor area
Villa Samantha Elizabeth is on a large plot with a lovely, private outdoor area and a fantastic, heated swimming pool. Our party of four had use of two of the bedrooms which were both en suite and had excellent showers with plenty of hot water. The lounge and dining room are spacious and modern, as is the fitted kitchen. The villa is located on a quiet street with parking directly outside and you can walk to the sea front in 15 minutes, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. There were a few minor niggles with the villa, like blinds not working properly, a couple of missing light bulbs and a poor tv reception, but these did not greatly detract from our most enjoyable holiday in this lovely villa, they just resulted in an overall 4* rating instead of 5.

Hello Lyn. We’re pleased to hear you had a good holiday. Just in response of the couple of niggles you had, the light bulbs has now been replaced and the blind in the bedroom your referring to has now been fixed the string had somehow come off of the track runner making it that you had to manually open and close them so opolgises for that. In reference to the tv, Lanzarote is in generally is not as up to date technology wise as the uk so there can be some buffering from time to time especially if there is strong winds, this is pretty much standard across the island. However I will get it looked into to see if there’s something we can do you boost the signal to lessen this issue. Kind regards Karen

Great location snd lively villa, but a bit surprised that I didn't have access to the full villa. Four bed and bath and whilst I only needed two would have preferred to be given a location choice if rooms were unavailable. Couple of small household issues but dealt with very quickly.

Hi Paul. In response to your review as I explained to you while you was at the villa , as there was just 2 adults we leave 2 bedrooms open for you and lock 2 off. This is mainly because we have 2 general prices, the first and main price is based on up to 4 adults which is the price you paid, as the villa sleeps up to 8 people , the price after 4 people then goes up per extra person you would then get the extra bedrooms, the extra pricing per person is to cover extra cleaning and laundry (bedding and towels). The price that you payed is for 2 bedroom las in the villa. I’m sorry that you wasn’t fully happy with this situation, however I hope you now understand the reasoning behind it. This is what generally happens across the board if the price you are quoted is for 2-4 adults. However I thank you for your feedback, it’s always worth while pointing out issues that you think may be tweaked ( however in this case after carful consideration, we won’t be changing our policy on this matter at this present time)I hope this didn’t cause too much disappointment toyour holiday. Perfection personified
We had 10 perfect days in Villa Samantha Elizabeth. We arrived early due to airline problems but this wasn’t an issue for Sally and Dave who were wholly professional and lovely people. This is the 3rd villa we have stayed in at Playa Blanca but Samantha Elizabeth is best located. Only 15 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is decorated to a high standard and was spotless throughout. The pool is lovely and we spent many hours lounging in it and next to it. Our stay was perfect, we didn’t want to leave. Would love to stay again. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. You will not be dissapointed.

Spacious villa
I stayed here with my sister, my son and his partner and 3 teenagers (3 generations) What a lovely villa, spacious and clean, except the bbq. We felt is was not suitable for use. The bedrooms were airy and the beds were very comfortable. Quiet location within walking distance of main plaza where there was an abundance of shops and places to eat and Nice beaches.. Taxis a little on the expensive side, but there were lots of local buses and the main bus station is within walking distance. The heated swimming pool was a definite plus, we all loved it.

Wonderfull Villa
We had the most wonderful holiday here with our family of 8 . Everything we could have wished for. The pool was heated so that made a big difference to us as we had our 3 granddaughters with us. We all went out every night to eat and would ring for taxis who would be there within minutes very efficient. Wished we'd gone for 2 weeks now. Owners very accommodating our flight over landed at 11.40 and had asked if we could have access earlier to the villa which was not a problem and girls were in the pool by 1pm. Wonderful holiday.

Lovely villa - relaxing break
The villa is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Location a 20 min walk to beach front resort but it’s an easy walk. Excellent communication with hosts and a welcome pack which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great holiday.

Absolutely loved villa Samantha Elizabeth.We were a group of 4couples and there was plenty of room and privacy for us. As it states the villa is very private and has everything you need.The walk down into playa Blanca takes about 20 minutes and there are plenty of taxis for when you want to go back at about 4euros👍 The only thing was no air conditioning except in the main sitting room and one of the bedrooms.There were fans in each of the bedrooms that were a god send to us as it was very hot🌞 The communication from Karen and Sally was excellent and I would not hesitate to book in the future. Beautiful immaculate villa with all facilities needed
Just returned home after a wonderful stay in this modern & clean villa. It had everything you needed for a perfect get away & the welcome pack was handy when we arrived. Well maintained, brilliantly stocked, stylish decor & comfortable beds. Lots of living space so we weren’t on top of each other & loved the 2 outside entertaining areas. The villa was perfect for our family of 8 adults & 2 babies & they loved the Astro turf to roll around on. It seems as though every little detail has been well thought out proving this to be a home from home. Any help we needed or any concerns were dealt with so quickly & we were looked after so well, even helping us to get to a local doctor. Could not recommend this villa enough & I honestly could not moan about a single thing. Thanks for a fabulous week 😊

Playa Blanca is a nice area to stay in Lanzarote. The villa was clean and luxurious. The booking of the villa went smoothly from start to finish. We would stay here again when we visit Lanzarote in the future.

Lovely villa.
We stayed here with our daughter and grand-daughters. We have no complaints about the villa as it was clean and had everything we needed. Nice quiet area so if you are looking to relax this is the place. It would have been better if it was nearer to the center, however at 3.50 euros for a taxi you cannot complain. We walked down and got a taxi back. We can definitely recommend this villa.

This villa is one on the best villas we have stayed in over the last 5 years. The beds are very comfy and was nice for each of us 3 guys to have a double bed each and not who's in a single beds. The villa is big and bright and just a 20 min walk from the big supermarket although there is a small one nearer. The astro turf is a great idea around the pool. A real home from home and will Deffo be back in the future. Caroline is very help full and easy to contact. All in all we had a great holiday

From first booking this villa to the day we left communication was great. Due to a flight cancellation we arrived a day later than planned but Caroline had made sure that everything was ready for when we arrived and had turned the lights on ready so we weren’t looking for switches in the dark. She even telephoned to make sure we were ok when our plane had arrived and told us to ring if we had any problems finding the villa. A lovely welcome pack was waiting so if you don’t get a chance to do some shopping first there’s provisions for a drink and bite to eat. The villa didn’t disappoint as it is tastefully decorated/furnished with plenty of space and well equipped. There are also games and books for your use. The only minor negative is the TV channels freezing. Overall a beautiful villa to stay, not overlooked and well maintained that I would be happy to recommend. Finally thank you Caroline for making us feel welcome and only being a phone call away if we needed you 🙂

Stunning villa, great location
This villa is in a good location, in a quiet spot, very central in Playa Blanca a little back from promenade but still near enough to walk to or grab a taxi. The villa is spacious and modern and immaculately clean with everything you need. Caroline who manages the property was on hand and dropped by to check all was ok and on the minor issues we did have she resolved quickly. A big thanks. By experience, Villas of this standard are hard to find. It ticked all the boxes and more and we will be sure to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were welcomed by the wonderful manager Caroline and felt right at home immediately. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and the decor was to a high standard. Caroline recommended restaurants and bars in the vicinity and we were never disappointed. Having holidayed in Lanzarote many times this was by far the best accommodation we've stayed at in Playa Blanca. Myself and my new husband had our honeymoon in lanazarote in this beautiful villa in September. On arrival the lovely lady Caroline had champagne on ice waiting for us and decorated our room with hearts and swans made from towels and layed them on our bed along with red petals, what a lovely touch for the start of our honeymoon. ( thanks Caroline) our stay was just delightful, the villa is modern and very clean fresh and new. It was nice and quiet and very private. We had a few nights out in the local reasturants and a few nights in making BBQ'.s. The swimming pool is a good size. Highly recommended

beautiful Villa
spoilt by shoddy Maintenance, Lock on Entrance door broken and held in place by piece of cardboard, very poor security. Showers leak all over the bathroom floor in two out of the three we tried, slipping hazard. waste blocked with hair, we had to clean it ourselves. light in pool came away from the wall and floated across the pool, severe hazard. Negligent Owner accused us of negligence, stay away.

I am very sorry to hear you were not happy with your stay at the villa. This does come as a shock as there was no mention of any of these issues when you stayed. We have never had any complaints regarding the showers, but had it looked at the day you informed me (day you departed) and confirmed there is no flood issues. The pool light has never came away from its housing before and i believe this will only happen if stood on. I do however notice there is no mention of the damage your party caused after the pool light came away and you failed to inform me you then covered it up with the pool cover causing it to burn a hole in it. We have never had any negative feedback before and I feel your false review has been put up because obviously the damage that was done to the property was deducted from your security deposit due to your negligence .We have never had reason to deduct monies from any previous guests and know accidents happen but in this case it could have been avoided had a phone call been made. When ever issues arise they are always dealt with promptly and in a timely fashion once we are notified as you are aware. I made 4 visits to the villa within the first couple of days which were not even management issues eg inflatables, jars for sangria, replenishing toilet rolls etc these were hardly serious issues but done out of kindness and respect for you the guests. Had you actually notified me in a timely fashion the damage would never had happened in the first place. Again all i can do is apologize but unfortunately when you damage property you are responsible for that damage. All parties are made aware of this prior to rental. Regards Caroline

Heerlijke rustige plek
Mooi vernieuwde woning voorzien van de nodige luxe en comfort. Enige minpuntje, zoals in vele vakantie huurwoningen, weinig potten en pannen om voor een groep te koken als het huisje volledig benut word. Verder heel goed verblijf, goede rustige ligging, goede WiFi goede douche en bedden. Zou zo terug willen gaan.
