"This listing is not what it seems. While you are staying, other people you don’t know could potentially be staying and you would never know. It’s a basement space with multiple bedrooms but no common space. Felt like a diy hostel. No check-in information so if we hadn’t ran into the property owner when we arrived, we wouldn’t have had the code to get in. Extremely expensive for what it is. If the entire space was to yourself, maybe it would make sense but still an odd space."

"Beautiful character house in a great neighbourhood, roomy and very well-appointed. Super clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. Noise can be loud from adjoining suites, but bring earplugs, and you'll be fine in the cozy bed. (If you like to read in bed, bring a small light as the bedside lights are not connected.) We will certainly stay there again!"
