"We never actually stayed here. We booked with every intention of staying. We drove down the night before our 2year old sons surgery. We drove around for over an hour trying to find parking. It was roughly 730 or 8 when decided to give up. Our son was tired, cranky and hungry. We ended up at a different motel that had the ability to park. Our reservation was non refundable which we knew. Booking was willing to refund us but the motel was not. We paid for the motel we didnt stay at because there wasnt parking."

"The property definitely needs renovation from the parking deck to to different rooms and floors and not just a wallpaper over up or repaint. The rooms look dated and the lighting gives motel 8 vibes. the bathrooms are probably the most clean and updated thing I had in my room. The balcony's covered in spiders and could use a pressure wash. the building could use a pressure wash and restore from the doors to the floors, to door knobs. it all looks dated and kinda dirty. the staff is amazing however and the location is centered to where you can go left or right out of the hotel and hit the dome or the beach after a few lights. You will be centered in a LGBTQ area. So if that's not your thing you do have to go walk a bit to go so stuff unrelated to that. Over all I wouldn't stay here again. I didnt fully feel comfortable so I was out most days and couldnt sleep. It just didnt feel welcoming or comfortable. "

"We were unable to make our flight, but staff was great to help check us in the day before so when we landed the following day early we could get into our room once we landed. Location is super ideal, easy to get to where you need to go without vehicle. This was our second stay at this hotel, would recommend."

"Great location! Nice big room! The breakfast was the only thing that was not great....prewrapped breakfast sandwiches and pre-made pancakes.....but they also had yogurt and bread for toast."
