"May stay was great but my next booking didn't go well as I double booked a room at the ibis and hotels.com never done anything to get my £75 back I had to go the ibis and sort it myself. Which ended up me cancelling my reservation for the grand this week 🤔"
"Friendly team all throughout the hotel. Bedroom was quirky and very clean and tidy, nice quiet night. Prebooked parking was very convenient. Recommend!!"

"What a wonderful surprise this short stay turned out to be. A lovely hotel with an amazing sea view and the most lovely helpful staff. A lovely room which was very comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed.
A great location and a hotel we will definitely return to. "

"A great stay and somewhere we'd visit again. More character than a premier inn. Clean, tidy and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were really helpful and friendly. Well situated relatively close to the M5, so good access to Exeter, the East and the West. Ample parking. Didn't have any food so can't comment on that."
"The welcome when I arrived at the Mercure was so lovely. The staff who checked me in, an earlier let me drop my bag were so friendly and accomodating which was so appreciated after I'd had at a different venue the previous night.
The room was so comfortable and I had such a great night sleep. "
