The first choice hotel for staying in Glasgow

We had a great stay. The staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, the food was good, and it was very peaceful. It's a £10 cab ride to get anywhere though, so keep that in mind if that kind of thing bothers you and you're not driving (they always came quickly though).

I have never stayed at this hotel before and I will 100% be returning. Super clean, fantastic finish and the bed sheets were so soft! Couldn’t fault a single thing. We stayed on a Saturday night (on floor 9) and you could hear a tiny bit of noise from local streets but did not disturb our sleep one bit. All staff were super friendly too. Fab location too. Thank you so much.

A pleasant, quiet room as requested. Very good use made of the space, even a small bath in tiny en suite. Loved the red tartan furnishings. Excellent food included a delicious evening meal and plenty of choice on breakfast menu. Staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. Stay in hotels great but check in and difficulty establishing our booking was stressful and disappointing. Staff did all they could but the buck stops with Hotels.com and taking money then another provider getting cash! Total break down in relation to booking

Hotel and Spa staff were very welcoming and helpful. Chef was amazing cooked a special vegan meal for my daughter each night we ate in hotel, as there was nothing suitable for her on menu. Room was comfortable and we had everything we required (only feedback I would give is that it would have been more useful to have a couple more sockets available).
