The lady there was rude to my daughter and told her to wait as far as taking out a trash can of vomit. It was her 25th birthday! Don't get tricked into going to see the Westin In timeshare property because they give you a bunch of gifts that you can't really use. and has no value. We were given a hundred and twenty five dollar voucher for the steakhouse, and it was closed. The free casino chips valued at two hundred dollars was for a promotional offer, that wasted our time. It was not inside the Strat. To sum it up, I won't stay there again when I visit Las Vegas.There are better places for the same price. I don't like that they don't have microwaves. We wasted a lot of food during our for night, five days stay there. The only good thing I can say is guest services try to accommodate their guest.
