"Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived. "Went to the Egret Point House for the April 8th eclipse. House was great and family and friends enjoyed the accommodations and location. My friend Brian and I are both birders so after the eclipse we enjoyed a couple beers on the patio and watched dozens of Black-crowned Night Herons and Great Egrets (how appropriate) fly over."
