"Very friendly helpful staff; they worked hard to be accommodating. Outdoor stairs are rusty and had holes. Bix springs showing wear. Pervasive sewage-like smell in the room; we used air fresheners and air conditioner to try to mitigate. Shower temperature takes some finessing. "
