The view down Lake Como from our room (No.29) was nothing short of breath taking. The staff where very very helpful and in the main spoke English (if your Italian is limited) food was very nice and reasonably priced. If you are a keen cyclist they cater with their own bikes and a workshop area. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A bed was provided for our 12 year old son as we requested, so catering for families doesn't present any issues. The Jersey Mob

Brilliant staff, location, air con, and restaurant with unbeatable views make this an incredible hotel. Don't be fooled by the 3 star rating.

The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk into como city, to the ferry stop or to the train station. The food was very nice, we had the hotel breakfast each day and also ate in 2 of the restaurants and at the poolside bar. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned with an evening turn service as well. The pool area was lovely, great pool with an amazing view of the lake plus very cold so great for cooling down after a hot day. Would highly recommend.

Check-in was quite fast, the receptionists are friendly. We love the interior of the room & the bed is super comfy.

My husband and I had a very happy time on Como. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and our room lovely, with balcony, but noisy road, of course. The Tavernola ferry stop is handy - we walked, cycled and sailed into Como town! The Lake is enchanting - with gorgeous views and noisy seaplanes. Our great disappointment was splashing out on dinner on our last night. The dining room is grand and all the service rather pretentious, but the food was by no measurement value for money. Set on the banks of Lake di Annone this superb hotel was just what we needed. Quiet, exclusive & with amazing service. We had a signature suite, so we had a hot tub with a huge wrap around balcony. Our super king size bed overlooked the lake with double aspect windows, which was wonderful to wake up to. The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. We ate in the Michelin* restaurant in the hotel. We booked our room very last minute & so initially they said they couldn’t fit us in...

The staff was very helpful and friendly

A recently renovated property that feels like you're staying at vineyard, yet is only a few minutes drive from Lugano center.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Matteo and team for well and truly exceeding all expectations for our stay. Their welcoming generosity and out of the box facilitation for our Wedding Day was truly appreciated, and we will remember it for the rest of our lives. The whole experience of staying at this beautiful hotel last year is the reason we came back again this year, and also booking their partnered restaurant (which is incredible by the way, also a thank you to Debora and team at...

The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. Pre-visit you get to pick what you want in your free minibar, what type of pillows, what type of mattress and a few other surprises. The building is not new but is very well...
