Lake Como Cheap Holidays

Very basic hotel with free parking and a decent gym. No swimming pool. It’s good if you are driving in COMO. There’s a garage parking that you can access directly from your room.

Extremely clean and beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms and beds were premium quality. Front desk was very helpful and provided excellent tips for local laundry and getting to train station. The best selection of breakfast buffet and special mention to the kitchen staff and chefs - they made excellent made to order omelets and the best coffees! Will visit again! Highly recommended! Although parking is easy and near , you have to be ready to park off premises. The hotel is amazing, we need a large mirror in the rooms. Other than these all is very good and clean and everyone is very friendly

We arrived at 10:30 am and our room was not ready for check in . The concierge could have offered us a complimentary coffee and pastry but decided to include it in our final bill. The hotel was also not in an ideal location and was in more an incline position and 20 minute walk from the center. Walking to the center was also dangerous due to the cars coming from corners and there was little space In the sidewalks and in some roads, no sidewalks at all. The room and cleanliness was great but staff-friendliness and location of the hotel wasn’t so good.

We arrived after 8pm (train wasn’t running, so we had to take multiple buses) & front desk was closed. We called & they had upgraded us to a sister location as our room’s lock had broken; it was ~1 block away. We had a difficult time finding the entrance, but once we did, it was easy. Nice & spacious, great AC, our daughter’s bed ready to go! We were able to do the check in via what’s ap & left the city tax in the room so we didn’t even need to go back to the main hotel. Easy walk to restaurants (one even below our room) & lakeside! Would recommend!
