Great little gem in the schwabische alb! Hotel is clean and comfortable, great food served at breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great deal and I will come again!

Staff are very good but I found it noisy at front from road and at back from church bells from very early in morning. Pity because it was good otherwise.

Nice roomy accommodation for a family of 5. Parking ang breakfast were included which was a plus! Will definitely stay here again.

Recommended!
We came during very busy season but you could not feel the hotel was packed. The buffet breakfast was very organised with tables clearly marked and food was plentiful and good variety. If you appreciate cleanliness you will be delighted there. You can rent bicycles for 25-30 euros a day or 15-20 for a half day. There is nothing around apart from a bakery but their restaurant serves good food so we just ate dinners there ( would not recommend for a weekly stay but two days was ok). There is an outside area in the restaurant, very tiny pool and you can have a massage! Overall very happy and if I visit this area again this hotel will be my first choice. And it was really affordable (€80 double room per night with breakfast)

Gutes Hotel auf der Alb!
Zimmer in Gästehaus auf der anderen Straßenseite war sehr sauber, aber recht schlicht; hervorragendes Frühstück mit lokalen Produkten; kleiner aber guter Spabereich; teils sehr motiviertes, teils aber auch recht lustlos agierendes Personal.

Preis-Leistung ok
Wir waren für eine Nacht im gegenüberliegenden Gästehaus. Die Zimmer sind nicht neu, aber absolut sauber. Leider sind keine Lärmschutzfenster zur Bundesstraße mit vielen LKW verbaut. Wer damit kein Problem hat, bekommt eine faire Unterkunft. Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichlich.

Ideal nicht nur für Rad-Reisende
Wir waren auf der Berg-Bier Fahrradtour unterwegs. Kostenloses aufladen der E-Bikes in der Fahrradgarage. Top. Das Hotel ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Saubere Zimmer Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. ein Frühstück was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man kann von Glück reden dass es solche gute Gastronomie noch gibt.

correct pour un étape
Hotel suffisant pour une étape, petit déjeuner bien fourni , chambres confortables mais un peu "datées". Mais il a fallu négocier âprement pour pouvoir avoir une table au restaurant le soir alors que toutes les tables en terrasse étaient libres... tout le personnel à la réception n'est pas anglophone, ce qui peut s'avérer compliqué si vous ne parlez pas allemand. Nous étions logés dans la guest house de l'autre côté d'une rue très passante (limite dangereuse) et assez bruyante. Donc ok mais pas grand chose à voir avec les photos.
