The property was clean, relaxing and quiet, private with large space and with a swimming pool. The owner Allesandra and miss Anna (a lovely lady that works there) were very kind and helpful. If you like animals you will like it here because they have a sweet donkey, a couple of cats and dogs (3). Each morning when you leave, the animals will come 'greet' you. If you don't like animals at all, then you should consider otherwise because the animals walk around. We were with two children (7 and 12) and they loved the animals. We stayed at the 90m2 loft and it was a great space with a large living/sleeping area and kitchen in one space. The queen size bed was delightful, the other sofa bed was not so great (you could feel the bed base through the matras). There were a lot of turrets inside but nothing to bother for. In the area you will find enough supermarkets, restaurants and outlet/shopping centers. It is also a good base for your trip[s to the center of Rome, Pompeii/Vesuvius, Napels and Capua. The only negative thing was that the free wifi didn't work and whilst on the site of Expedia it states that breakfast is included, it is not. I spent 8 nights here.1st the good, The staff I saw were friendly the hotel was very clean 10/10 for cleanliness. The disappointing. When I booked I was informed that breakfast was included but the girl on reception was adamant that breakfast was not included. I had proof of this on my phone but it seems breakfast wasn't included so there is an error somewhere either on the booking site or the part of the hotel but it isn't good practice to have breakfast offered on the booking site if it isn't available. I mention this for anyone who books expecting breakfast. The real problem with this accommodation was noise it was absolutely awful. At 7am every morning a dog barked outside my window for a long period of time, this dog also barked many times late at night, because it was directly outside my window it woke me constantly, it was awful to be woken constantly by this noise every morning. The even bigger problem was the noise coming from the staff, one night i heard constant banging of doors and loud television, laughing and joking until well after midnight i assumed this was noisy guests and tried my best to sleep, the following night the same thing happened banging doors over and over laughing joking and even music playing, by midnight i went to complain only to find that it was the receptionist and her friend i asked for the noise to lessen and it did but only slightly.
