La Quinta has become a destination to visit for the PGA Tour’s Desert Classic, the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament nearby in Indian Wells, and the Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals nearby Indio.

- The living area features large conformable sectional, coffee table and 60" smart TV.
- The dining area sits just off the kitchen and has a table with seating for six.
- The heart of the house, the kitchen provides an four-foot-long island with two barstools providing additional seating. Our kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes and glasses to provide our guest the ability to prepare gourmet meals during their stay. The appliances include gas range, 30” inch sink, built-in microwave, dishwasher, stainless refrigerator/freezer, and washer/dryer.
- Guest can access the private back yard from both the dinning room and master bedroom. The outdoors provides lounge seating sofas and propane grill. The private front courtyard has patio dining table surrounded by natural garden beauty.
- Enjoy the heated pool (heating fees apply) and hot tub while relaxing in the desert.
- Additional amenities this house has are: indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit and EV charger outlet (Nema 1450 plug).

One of the best places to visit is La Quinta, California. Everything is new, beautifully landscaped, no traffic, Palm trees galore, flowers everywhere. You have the best food from local small quant spots, to larger restaurants. If you are a golfer, or play tennis , or like to hike, your in luck.
