"Poorly cleaned . Pans dirty with egg remaining. Oven with oven cleaner spray remaining on oven walls. Very limited cooking utensils, ie no baking sheet. House needs maintenance work , touch up paint..appeared it was in the middle of it with incomplete areas of painting along base boards and ceiling trims. But to top it off the master bedroom’s blinds are see through at night! It does not provide block out and people from the outside can completely see inside the bedroom and bathroom providing no privacy ! "

"This house was amazing !!! The pictures on here don’t show half of what is going on .This property and all the homes around it are over two million dollars all of house are maintained and the street was quite and beautiful. I slept so well . The house is huge and the detail in the architecture design is beautiful. We had so much room , 9 people and everyone had a private bathroom. The master bedroom is huge . The house was built in the early 2000 and some stuff is worn out . The furniture is very good quality and super comfortable a little aged but , I rather sit on this some flimsy Amazon furniture that breaks if someone uses it . Overall I would be so happy and grateful if I can stay there again . Everyone in my group loved the stay as well . "

"Celebrated my 50th bday with friends and could not have asked for a better location. House was stunning and perfect for our group. Super responsive hosts. Most comfortable beds I’ve had in a VRBO! "What a perfect place to enjoy the weather and golf at PGA West.Very nice home with extensive amenities. Was hard to leave the house with such a great outdoor space! Pool, Hot Tub, etc. was very enjoyable!Our host Mike was awesome! Very accessible and always quick to respond.Will definitely be booking with Mike again at The Signature PGA West"
