Positives- all staff was very nice and helpful. Areas for improvement - the facility and rooms need a lot of work. Broken lights, plugs, card reader to door, tv didn’t work, stove top was shattered, stains on walls (don’t want to know), broken, worn out furniture and so much more. Got what we paid for.

Staff was great! Room was NOT! Bed cover had holes and stains on it. Bathroom sink had mildew around it. Shower area was REALLY bad.. Mildew in many places, bottom of the shower pan looked 40 years old (dirty, stained), shower curtain rod falling off the wall. Very surprised Wyndham would put their name on this property

The staff here are really nice and helpful. The morning breakfast area felt more like a bed and breakfast. Not fancy, but all around very comfortable. Would stay again.

If you're coming for Coachella or Stagecoach this place is a pretty good option!! Reasonable rates, decent rooms (little older...), nice outdoor pool with grill, and only about 1.5 miles to the Empire Polo Club. Staff is friendly and accommodating and you have a lot of food options right around the property!

The bathroom had hairs on the floor and the light and fan didn't work. The microwave had no outlet to plug in nearby, so I had to move it to use. The coffee was horrible in the morning (very weak), and there was really nothing out for breakfast except a couple pieces of bread. On the positive side, the evening staff were very helpful in resolving some TV problems, and I thank them for that.

The staff was so sweet at this property! Parking was beyond easy. This location is very convenient for Coachella / Stagecoach goers. Lots of food options nearby (besides late night eating.) The rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms, but there was more than enough space for my friend and I to sleep, get ready, move around etc. Also, the mini fridge was so cold and a great addition to the room. Would stay again!
