8.4/10 Very good! (1,047 reviews)
Upon entering , the hotel lobby is nice and attractive. However it goes massively downhill from there - the hallway carpeting is the most damaged I’ve ever witnessed. It is completely buckling in all areas and is a total eyesore and potential injury hazard. Unbelievable that a prominent chain such as Hilton wouldn’t correct this problem. Then the POOL was another massive issue. Our visit was in the summer and you’d think the pool would be chilled ( yes, hotels do that!) to make it refreshing. We went in the early evening after dinner with the children - still about 110 degrees outside. Step into the pool and it is literally hot tub temperature….id say, 102 degrees temp ( I own a hot tub so know ). Very disgusting and I’m sure laden with germs at that temp. Then the pool towels were thin, rough and the size of a large hand towel. It wouldn’t even go around the waist of one of us and she’s not that large. We all laughed at the quality of the towels. Rooms were nice and we enjoyed the adjoins room with our children. No fault here. If you want a more resort feel with clean, eye pleasing hall carpeting and a cool pool at ALL times, the definitely book someplace else. There are many hotels to choose from.
