We loved our stay at the Westin. The staff are very friendly and took action on any needs our family needed. Throughout our stay they communicated with us. We loved the resort and the amenities. We had an awesome time during our stay and would highly recommended to families traveling with small kids.

Everything went amazing!! From check in to check out. Pool service was good. We did get a wrong order and they didn’t fix it, but it was ok. Other than that, kids had a blast on the slides and parents loved the pool.

We had a very pleasant stay at this resort. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the grounds were beautiful. While a few areas could use some updating, it didn’t take away from the experience. The pools were lovely and always clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless. The only thing I’d recommend is having a vehicle. The resort is quite large, there’s no room service, and without a car you’ll be doing a fair bit of walking to get around. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-kept resort with excellent service.

Very nice place. Loved the friendliness of the staff. Wish the restaurant/bar had longer hours. Only thing was our room didn’t come get cleaned or restocked we were there 2 nights 3 days. Usually I’ve seen at least the bed and trash getting taken care of. Which made it messy because people left their trash out by the hallway. But stay was comfortable.
