This home is located in Laguna De La Paz which is a 24 hour guard gated community featuring a 5 acre lake with stunning Mountain View's of the Santa Rosas. There are walking paths around the lake and through out the community! The community also offers 15 pools and 16 spas with paddle boats, tennis courts, pickleball courts, clubhouse and a fitness center! This home has an enclosed yard/patio and a green belt just out the back gate of the yard. There are two mature citrus trees in the yard providing fresh lemons and grapefruit.
