"We had a wonderful stay at the Artrip Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - especially after our arrival from a long flight. The location is great, nestled in a historic neighbourhood and is close to art galleries and many excellent small restaurants. The walking trip brochure produced by the hotel had many great tips and added to our happy experiences! We hope to come back!"

"Positives: - comfortable bed and bedding - great shower - large plush bath towels - great location Negatives: - the room feels very confining with windows that don't open and look onto another building just a few feet away - ground floor rooms get noise from the kitchen until about 11pm (though this was only on Friday and Saturday night, Sunday night was very quiet - there is an emergency light above the door in the room that stays on all night and throws quite a bit of light"

SO clean, fast WiFi, safe area, shopping and restaurants nearby, and mere steps to Puerta Del Sol. An exceptional experience - we hope to return soon! "
