"Amazing property in a vineyard. Francine and Claude are very welcoming and friendly. They gave lots of helpful suggestions for activities. The cottage has everything you need, great kitchen, bedroom and living spaces. We stayed for five nights and it was not enough. I look forward to staying again sometime! We easily accessed the retreat with a 20-minute drive from the Gare St Pierre des Corps, where we rented a car from Avis. The house blends old-world charm with modern comforts—comfortable beds, a newly updated shower with instant hot water, and a contemporary toilet.We visited in mid-May when the weather was perfect. The blooming rose garden and nearby fields of vibrant poppies added to the serene ambiance. "Excellent place for a family get together. Amboise within walking distance. peaceful grounds of chateau. The pool was so welcome as was the bbq. We would recommend the Château for a comfortable stay in France. "
"We didn't receive entrance instructions until after we were already there waiting. There was also no general instructions for the apartment, we had to dig around to find the Wifi password. It would be helpful to have instructions for the appliances as well... I spent time on the internet looking up the washer to figure out how to work it. It was spacious and comfortable, but given the hot temperatures it would be great to have a fan in the apartment. "
