"Public area,s and cleanliness good.Facilities good, food and drink selection very good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. Balconey needs hanging frames for wet towels."

"Have been going to the Jardine Tropical for 10 years. Feels like being home. Main problem is the tiling area around the pool is in dire need of repairs. Children running around in bare feet worries me, otherwise perfect "
