"I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. "El personal fue muy atento. Hacía mucho calor el día que llegamos y a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado se podía estar bien con un ventilador que había en la habitación. El ascensor no funcionaba y nos cambiaron de habitación para que no tengamos que subir demasiadas escaleras. Es verdad que es un poco pequeño pero para descansar una o dos noches está muy bien. Es silencioso y está cerca de lugares estratégicos para moverse. Gracias !"

"Clean room. Clean corridors. Friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue with the code to the parking garage but the guy on reception helped by watching on the camera for my vehicle to approach the door and manually operating it for me so I could get in. There was a false fire alarm at approximately 2am, but once I made it down to the reception floor it was quickly established that it was a false alarm and I could return to my room. Not a complaint since false alarms aren't anybody's fault. If I'm ever in the area again in need of an overnight stop - I'll definitely stay again."

"We stayed here during the heat wave in June because the hotel had AC and a pool. The room was small, but nice and cool. The pool needs maintenance, but was a nice respite from the heat. Overall a nice property and good price. Location is close to the confluence museum, but not much else. We took the tram and metro to get to the main part of the city."
