Staff was friendly, housekeeping did an excellent job. The only negative thing is that the smoking room allows too much smoke into the lobby and the laundry room. We used the laundry room and our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe a better ventilation or air purifier would eliminate the smell ...

Cross Hotel Kyoto
Room cleanliness is top notch. Spacious and it’s right at the centre of shopping street in Kyoto. Staffs were very helpful too specially Aye Aye Mar (not sure if I spelled it right) who helped us send our luggages to our next hotel.
