The room was spacious and has amenities that are well maintained. However, one downside was that the walls of the room are so thin that you can even hear the hair dryer blowing next door. Service was fantastic with the duty concierge greeting you everytime you leave/arrive at the hotel. Perhaps one thing that they can improve on is getting a better antenna/signal for the tv as it doesn't work/have signal most of the time, resulting in us not able to use the tv for our stay. The room was so cozy and clean, the staff was very professional. One thing we were troubled with was other travelers. One group had occupied the laundry room for the night and had not considered to share with other travelers. The hotel tried to accommodate by offering the people waiting to wait on line but could not do much. Room is much spacious and well-equipped than we thought. It's convenient as there's washing+drying machine and a mini-kitchen in the room. The art and deco is awesome. We're surprised by the Chigiri block puzzle set in the room and the flower tea available at the common area. We're glad that the staff is helpful and friendly, especially 邱 who helped us get the taxi during the peak hours, using various methods including his own taxi app. He also waited for us to reclaim the luggage after the official business hours.
