Beds were comfortable but the pillows weren’t unfortunately, that’s the only bad thing about comfort. I felt it was in a good location, quiet and not far to the trains. The lady that checked us in was so lovely & gave us lots of information of the local area & the best places to view the cherry blossoms that were blooming, I wish I Knew her name ! There is a great breakfast cafe about two blocks away. These are traditional tatami mat rooms with mattresses that unfold on the floor. I really liked the traditional Japanese bedding, but some people might not. That's the only reason that I gave "room comfort" a "4" rating, rather than a "5". The staff was really wonderful.
