1) place you check in (documentation) and the place you will stay (room) is 5 mins walkable distance This was never mentioned while booking the room 2) amenities are terrible at the room Not even the cattle was clean and no toiletries 3) no room service 4) no security, after you check in room you will know there’s no security and also hotel will be not responsible in case of any theft 5) terrible pillows and bed
