Hands down the best place I stayed at while I was in Kyoto. Staff was super nice. Rooms were very roomy. It was super clean. Very convenient to shopping and food. The laundry is a little tricky to do. But if you press extra dry the clothes will get warm.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war allerdings etwas kleiner als erwartet. Leider fanden während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nächtliche, geplante Straßenarbeiten direkt vor dem Hotel statt, die unseren Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigten. Darüber wurden wir weder im Vorfeld noch beim Check-in informiert, was wir als enttäuschend empfanden. Zudem ließ der Lichtschutz durch die Fenster zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck, dass sich das Hotel noch in einer Startphase befindet, in der einige Abläufe und Details noch verbessert werden könnten.
