The rooms have a lot of space. The rooms need to be deep cleaned, there was a lot of mold and grime. The toilet room smells like a porta-potty 24/7, the AC does not work well and we woke up sweating multiple times a night. Rooms are bigger, more comfortable, big bath. Owner met us near metro station and every morning bring us to metro. These kind of hotels in Japan also name Love hotel and special made for couples who want spend comfortable time together. If I know before the trip, I would stay in these hotels all the time.
