It was great . The space was smaller for our family so check on that but overall it was clean, convenient and great customer friendly.

hotel was basic but clean and a reasonable price. Great proximity to the train station and subway. Beds were comfortable. Good ramen place at the next corner.

The auto check in and out was very high tech and quite easy. The location is excellent as it's a short walk to buse stops train station. We had a double twin room, which is quite small but the beds are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is super small, but again very clean. We were out most of the day and used the space to rest so did not really mind much of the tiny space. For a boutique hotel, it's simple and serves its purpose for travellers. The staff is also exceptionally courteous.

京都駅から近くて便利でした。 ホテルはコンパクトですが、部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 チェックアウトが11時なので、早起きして午前中に祇園のお寺など観光かねての散歩ができてよかったです。

I was pleasantly impressed that this hotel was very clean and well equipped. My room was a single room, so it’s small but very pleasant. It was a very good value and served my purpose. The staff was very pleasant, too.私の部屋はシングルだったので、小さかったけれどもとても清潔でした。とてもリーズナブルな値段だったので心配でしたが、予想超えてとても快適なステイでした。スタッフの人もとても感じが良かったです。

とにかく清潔感がありました。 コーヒーマシーンがエントランスにあったり、アメニティなども豊富で良かったです。 シャワーがミラブルで良かったですが、水圧が強過ぎて痛かったです。 それ以外は快適でした。 入口付近の照明の消し方がわかりませんでした。
