安さの理由がわかりました。内装はリフォームしてありきれいでしたが、窓が遮音仕様になっていなく夜通し交通量の多い前面道路の車の音がうるさくて眠れませんでした。耳栓持参していればよかった。

宿泊料が安く心配でしたが室内も綺麗で別の階に数人入れるお風呂がありそちらも清潔にされていました 部屋にはトイレとシャワールーム、洗面台がそれぞれ別にありました バスタオル、ハンドタオル、歯ブラシあり 成人男3人、女1人の家族でしたが、2段ベッドと和寝具2組みを敷きテーブルが置ける広さがあり、寝具も清潔でした(部屋によって違う様子改装されていて綺麗) 素泊り税込一泊1人1,000円以内で泊まれ驚きです 車は近くにパーキングが沢山あり問題なく停められました(別料金)バス停も近くにありました 大通り沿いで場所もわかりやすく、夕食は散歩しながら散策、四条通りまで歩きました 宿泊した下にも中華店がありました 清水寺など周囲は観光するところの中心でしたのでとても良かったです

女性専用浴室に鍵がないので、安心して入れませんでした。 グラスコップ以外にマグカップを置いていただけると有難いです。 1人でも格安な料金で4人部屋和室に泊まれたので、広々ゆったりでした。 部屋によるかもしれませんが、防音窓でないので大通りの交通音がかなり響きます。

Under construction weird layout

The room was so spacious for 2 people, but here was construction on 2 of the 4 floors so we weren't able to access the common space nor the public bath, so it was very disappointing. There's also a Chinese restaurant located on the 1st floor, so of u go down with the elevator, you end up inside the restaurant and if u go down too early you'll be locked inside the restaurant.

一人旅には最高の施設

まずアクセスが最高。バス停1分、清水寺数分。 部屋の作りがおもしろいが不便はない。 ユニットバスつきトイレが部屋にあるが、共通のシャワールームや風呂場もあるため、そちらを快適に利用させてもらった。 3泊の利用だったが清掃も毎回してもらい、ホステル並みの料金で泊まることができたが、時期外れとはいえ安すぎて心配になるレベル。 また京都に一人旅することがあれば利用したい。

そこそこのスペースのある個室で、 このお値段で泊まれるのは魅力。 前回、なかなか接続出来なかったWi-Fiも 今回は不思議とつながる時間が長く助かりました。 照明の暗さとウォシュレットがないのが残念ですが、 総合的には十分評価できる とても癒される良心的な宿泊施設です。 部屋に芳香スプレーとハンドソープのサービスがあれば もっと嬉しいです。

破格の安さなので文句は言えませんが、部屋に冷蔵庫がなかった点と夜中に喉が乾いて飲み物を買いに行こうとしましたが、4階の自販機売り場が16時から24時までしか使えずとても不便でした。

quick bus ride to get to the hotel (that bus is usually quite busy since it goes to kiyomizu dera) hotel is easy to find. loved the location, it was really close to kiyomizu dera and nice area to go for a nice walk- absolutely loved it! close to a bike rental place. the Twin Bunk Bed was spacious shower area was small felt like it'd be touching the wall or the curtain.

The hotel offered us with a comfortable & pleasant stay more than expectation. It was super close to Kiyomizu temple - a must have visiting place in early morning, easy check-in & check-out, restaurants, convenience stores & bus stops were near.

個室なのにお手頃価格で大変癒されます。 今回の価格なら、毎日でも利用したい思いです。 ただほかの施設でも多いのですが、 Wi-Fiが弱いのか、夜はほとんどつながらず 朝は少しだけましになりますが、 それでも頻繁に接続カットされるのが不満です。 あと浴室利用が18時から１時とのことですが、 朝風呂が好きな私としては、朝の６時から８時あたりでも 利用可能にしてもらえると嬉しいです。

やはり個室はいいですね。 宿泊税込みでの料金がネットカフェよりも安く とても助かります。 1月２月の限定料金のようですが、 願わくば、毎月、この程度の金額で設定してもらえると 定期的に利用したい思いです。 欲を言うなら、トイレがウォシュレットだったらいいのになぁと思います。 あと私の思い違いかもしれませんが、 前回泊まった部屋には、リセッシュのような芳香スプレーがあった気がするのですが、 今回の部屋には設置されていなかったのが残念でした。 全体的に少し薄暗い気もします。 ですが、また利用したくなる好感度の高い宿泊施設です。
