Amazing place to stay, location is second to none for ski in ski out access with really impressive ski facilities. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Restaurants provided amazing dinning experiences including the morning buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend the private infinity Onsen provided on level 7 (at extra cost), of an evening the view of Mt Yotie was beautiful.

Our stay at MUWA was 10/10. Stunning hotel with a beautiful spacious room overlooking the slopes. Right next to the snowboarding base which was perfect for us. It’s a bit of walk down to the restaurants and food trucks and an uphill walk back to the hotel but not an issue, kept us fit :D

Incredible property, well located for ski-in, ski-out access. Beautiful rooms, nicely presented with all the amenities needed. Breakfast was perfect, huge array of quality ingredients. Both the public onsen and private onsen we booked (extra charge) were fabulous. Staff were excellent, extremely friendly, going above and beyond wherever possible. Incredible stay, we will return.

Great room layout, good ski out location, run to ski in a little challenging. Much more a condo development than a true hotel though. Difficult to get ski edge service in the on property ski shop, although fine for wax. Parking a little expensive. Breakfast was a weak point,.lack of variety and quality overall at the price point. In house restaurants great quality but pricey and not everyday eating. Short walk though to other options in Hirafu. Only one towel per person per day a little stingy, Onsen not truly an Onsen (no mineral water), so fundamentally more of a large hot bath. Daylight to room better than expected with Premium Suite on first floor, was concerned about proximity to ski and boot room but had no issues.

This is a fantastic hotel. Its architecture is Incredibly elegant and functional, has the best restaurants in Niseko by a margin particularly the Japanese restaurant. The staff is very kind and amiable. The rooms are very well designed and cozy with excellent sound insulation. It is a ski-in ski-out hotel in the best location in the HIRAFU section of the mountain, with great ski room and equipment rental available. Undoubtedly one of the top ski hotels of the world. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the luxury resort. We loved its architecture and interior design. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff were hospitable, helpful and spoke fluent English. Alvin was a tremendous help when we were checking out of the property. The „5000 per night for valet parking within the property was exorbitant, especially during the off peak season.We chose to park our rental car at the free parking instead.

Muwa is an exceptional property, particularly for skiing enthusiasts. The accommodations are excellent, and the location is ideal, right next to the ski fields. However, transportation and dining options can be challenging, and communication with the staff is somewhat limited. It's essential to plan ahead, as assistance is often unavailable on short notice. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is quite positive.
