It would be nicer if the shuttle came a little more often and ran a little later but it was nice to have the option. Everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and spoke great English, Mudge was exceptionally helpful. The beds were pretty uncomfortable (very firm) but the staff was willing to bring up additional pillows and duvets as I was a little chilly and that held immensely!! The room also had a heater that was quite toasty and comfortable. There is a place to do laundry but the dryer setting did not work very well so we air dried everything in the room. Everything was very clean and the ski/snowboard storage area was very nice as well. There was housekeeping 1 time during our 8 night stay. Reception staff not overly service minded or happy. Restaurant was only open for breakfast so no place to have a drink in the evening. We would just have expected a bit more given how much we paid to stay here over the NYE period.
