My main complaint relates to the cleaning service, which was not thorough at all. There was housekeeping 1 time during our 8 night stay. Reception staff not overly service minded or happy. Restaurant was only open for breakfast so no place to have a drink in the evening. We would just have expected a bit more given how much we paid to stay here over the NYE period.
