"It was so pleasure for us to stay and experience Japanese culture in the hotel. Very surprised with their friendlyness- so nice and kind. Driver Ken was the nicest person we've ever met. He made the day for us, and he also made the high ratings of this hotel. 정말 호텔에서 역까지 데리러 와주시고, 중간에 편의점 들리고싶다니 들려주시고, 또 그다음날 점심 식사 예약 및 장소까지 또 데려다주시고 (호텔 체크아웃 이후에도). 이 호텔의 서비스는 그 어떤 4스타 5스타 호텔보다 사람을 기쁘게 해주었습니다. 심지어 기사님 Ken의 친절함은 이루 말할수없이 저희여행 시작을 따뜻하게 했습니다. 감사합니다!"

"So sad that the water park not available during my visit day. It opens since 13/7. I’m about one week ahead. And misleading by website when book. But the sea view is great and give you a relax holiday feel. The staffs are helpful."

"Everything is spacious; the room, onsen, hallways, stairs, reception area, car park and restaurant. Staff were very friendly. They successfully communicated English. The solid building and decor is nostalgically 20th century. The well built building means the room was very quiet."

"The people here were so friendly and helped us with several things with so much patience as we stumbled through our basic Japanese and translators. So so so friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small but there is another lot for overflow super close by with a Joyfull restaurant in between offering nice breakfast before heading out for the day."
