"Staying at this farm was the perfect way to disconnect from busy city life and truly enjoy nature. Ken was incredibly friendly, sharing stories about how life is lived in this neighborhood and making the experience feel very authentic. The sunset here is absolutely amazing, and we really enjoyed the sundowner while taking in the beautiful views. Ken even shared some fresh vegetables grown on the farm, which made the stay feel even more special. Bathing here was also such a unique and relaxing...

"The room was clean and it is connected to Haneda Airport. It's a little more a walk than the other hotel connected to Haneda, but seems to be a better deal. The rooms are larger and the breakfast was good. It's also located in a new shopping area located in the airport. No staff contact needed."

"The hotel looks nice but it was about a 10 minutes walk from the Sapporo train station and further away from restaurants and shops. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom smelled like sewage when I got into the room and I asked the staff to clean the bathroom, but the male staff that came to check the room looked like I was making it up so I didn't appreciate this. They did add an extra bathroom cleaning since they only cleaned the rooms once during my 4 night stay. Even after the two cleanings, the bathroom still smelled bad and I found that there was a leak coming from the toilet during one of my last days. The hotel should pay closer attention to the cleanliness and this detail. Because of the smelly bathroom and the hotel not offering to switch my room during my entire stay, I would not stay at this hotel again. However, one staff member was exceptional in providing high quality service despite the issues with the bathroom. I want to give praise to Ms. Tamara Mitsuki, she was very responsive and attentive to my issues. "

"The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and subways. Lots to do and eat in the immediate location. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room for 3 adults, with 3 beds. There was no room to put your things and with 3 suitcases, and backpacks it was pretty tight. Because of the size of the room, it was hard to relax and unwind in the room. It's nice we had access to a laundry room, but we had to wake up around 6:30am, get in line to use the machines. It took a while because people before us had to dry their clothes more than once depending on how much clothes they put in there. The more clothes, the longer it takes, sometimes 3-4 times to dry."
