大浴場からの景色は最高でした。部屋も素晴らしく朝風呂は部屋に併設されているお風呂を利用しました。駐車場からフロントまでの距離も近く便利でした。スタッフの対応も親切丁寧ですべてが最高でした。大分へ行くことがあれば次回も利用したいです。

スタッフの対応が、どの方も好感の持てる対応で気分が良かったです。客室、設備、素晴らしかったです。朝食ブュッフェの時、女性の年配（すみません）の方ですが、美味しいスムージーを教えてくれたり、家族写真を撮ってくれたり、親しみやすく対応してくれました。ただサイド用の布団カバーがサイズが合ってなくて、丸まってしまい、寝心地悪かったのが残念でした。

When we checked in, I handed the information to the front desk as the reservation was under my name, we were told to wait in the lobby and someone would come to us and explain everything such as where the breakfast and the public bath were located at, one of the male front desk returned the passports to my husband instead of me, and he started explaining everything to my husband only and ignored my daughter and I while we were sitting together, I was confused then I realised that because of we are female so he doesn’t talk to us? This is very rude and disrespectful to me and my daughter especially when the reservation is under my name. Other than that everything was great, the sea views from the room and the in room open air onsen was incredible as well as the public bath, we enjoyed our stay. It would have been perfect if my daughter and I were treated respectfully while checking in.
