Unfortunately all did not go to plan . Could not get in as key safe not working a young lad from property next door helped. No hot water, TV didnt work or the internet. Numerous messages and were told a technician would come the following day. My husband looked at the circuit breaker and 4 switches had tripped. Again communication not very good. My husband sorted the problem and found it was the tv socket that was not working and had tripped the circuit breaker. Still had no hot water till the following day. Further messages to sort out the internet finally got it sorted. Rug in the bedroom dangerous slipped lucky didnt break any bones. TV never worked key safe didnt get sorted until the morning before we were leaving, and then someone arrived at 9am not what we wanted as very tired. Did something to the door and left. Location was near a pub so lots of noise at 2am in the morning. In my opinion an electrical fault should be sorted ASAP before anyone else stays. As for the rug put it under the bed, on leaving the cleaners stuff was out side and what looked like a new rug. The key would not fit in the key safe that took another 20 minutes to sort.
