We had a fantastic stay at Dream Boutique Residence. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is located in a perfect position 10 minutes walk from the main square and 10 minutes walk to the Jewish Quarter. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Cute Boutique - Centrally Located

Cute boutique style hotel. Check-in was fast & friendly. They have an elevator, but some rooms require climbing a few steps, so if you have very heavy luggage or mobility issues this might not be easy for you. I liked that the breakfast buffet changed every day, so you don’t get bored with the same food.

Lovely stay for the Christmas markets clean accommodation. However who ever is booked in as guests can't use the onsite restaurant. Its only available to book from outside. A bit strange to say the least

Average hotel in a good position

Nice room and balcony (204) with clean bathroom. The TV only had 3 channels working all of which were polish and the bed had a plastic/rubber cover that made you sweat and made a noise whenever you moved. We had to go down and ask for the WiFi password and for another key card as it didn’t work. At weekend the breakfast ran out of fruit for example and wasn’t replenished.

beautiful model hotel very clean and comfort had breakfast buffet 50 zloty each I didn't try but looked good . only down side no atmosphere missing a restaurant and a bar for the evenings but overall very good place great location to square 5\10 minute walk

Perfect hotel

Location is perfect, it is in the middle of the Old Town, Jewish Square and Wawel Castle. The property itself has high standsrd materials and furniture. Price is great. Everything perfect. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. We loved it.

The staff were really helpful in sorting out transfers, a quick and easy check in and storing luggage on the last day. The hotel was very clean and the facilities were of a high standard. We seemed to have an issue with the aircon but just opened the windows instead A short walk to the old centre so very close to everything you needed
