"I booked two nights stay at this hotel, one is arriving, another one is departing. First night I am satisfied, another one the room what I got is kind of old and smells, besides that, staffs are very kind and helpful. Over all, I definitely will book it again in the future!"

"Clean room and property. Wonderful to have not only restaurant but convenience store on.site. Wonderful work out room and public bath. Hard to.get used to such a small space but at least could put luggage under beds. "

"Beautiful facilities, but a disappointing and unwelcoming service experience. ​The hotel itself is stunning—extremely clean and the facilities are high-end and luxurious. However, our stay was marred by an experience at the bar that felt both disappointing and frankly, quite humiliating. ​We were given vouchers for a complimentary drink, but when we went to redeem them, we were told we couldn't sit in the waiting area (which was completely empty) or the restaurant (which they claimed was fully booked, despite visible open tables). Instead, we were handed our drinks in plastic cups and told to take them to our room. ​This was incredibly upsetting as our daughters were already asleep in the room; we were looking forward to a quiet moment to unwind after long days of exploring. Furthermore, the staff's English proficiency was well below what you would expect from a hotel of this caliber, making communication frustrating. ​Lastly, the rules in the hot bath area were not enforced at all. There was constant noise and shouting, which ruined the relaxing atmosphere. A real shame for such a beautiful property."

"This is not a Disney hotel but it’s well maintained and clean and has everything you need. The room was very spacious and great value for money. There were 4 single beds so plenty of room for me and my teen boys and a dining table and kitchen area and shower and separate toilet. Friendly staff and there’s a free shuttle bus to the Disney parks. It’s only 20 mins walk down to the station and the dining area and there is a convenience store on the ground floor of hotel. Would highly recommend."

"If it is luxury that you are after, then this is not the hotel for you. However if it is an affordable stay and you don’t mind basic decor then that sums up this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large room and plenty of amenities on site. "

"Loved the free buffet Japanese style breakfast and daily busses taking us to and from the Narita airport to catch the trains. Staff was helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and well maintained."
