It had only off, low, medium, High. It was on High the whole time and barely blew out any air. The filter is totally clogged so I cleaned it and it made no difference. The biggest issue with this is that it had no way to control the temperature it was only a fan control. It was always too warm and very humid so I don't think any air conditioning was working at all . We were there end of May when the weather is perfect, so it was tolerable. I think it would be miserable in July or August unless the buildings air conditioning system gets fixed. I've stayed at many hotels in Japan and most of them have climate control in each room.
