Hello Dear Guest, I am terribly sorry for you experience. Did you at any point bring these to the attention of our staff during your stay. Not quite sure what walland are you referring to, but looking back at our records, we don’t see any complains, nor any notice regarding a cold breakfast, and no notes of walls and doors being dirty. It’s very important to let us know if such a situation is seen upon check in so we can rectify the issue right away. But we haven’t seen anything or come across such comments.
