"Great location! Minutes away walking to the Tokyo station. The room is small, but still has just enough space to be comfortable. Staffs are very friendly. I cannot expect more for what I paid for."

"Carpets in rooms were dirty. Smelled like they’ve never been steam cleaned. Staff were not apologetic when we’re told we booked the room for 3 people but only given 2 sets of everything. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are small, with no storage space for large suitcases, but the beds are very comfortable and the separate areas for shower/toilet are a great idea. The location is great and the hotel is easy to find. If you are coming from an airport, it is basically across the street from the limousine bus stop at Tokyo Station. I also wanted to note that the rooms are very quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbors or any outside noises."

"It’s an older hotel so don’t expect modern amenities, but the room was fine and clean. It was a good value in central Tokyo. There are only 2 older laundry machines for the whole hotel so you might need to wait and the dryers can be very slow."

"We had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the standout positives was the cleanliness: the rooms and common areas were very well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and reassuring. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel only has two washing machines available for all guests, which made it quite inconvenient, especially during busy times when they were often in use. Additionally, the breakfast selection was fairly limited. While the food quality was decent, there weren’t many options to choose from, which could get repetitive for longer stays. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable place to stay."

"Everything was excellent, can't really complain. Elevators were quite busy I suppose, but it was also Sakura season, busiest time of the year. I really enjoyed the location, in fact it was tucked just east of the major congestion areas, right next door to a massive arena (got to see Japan wrestling), and connected with a 2 minute walk to Ryogoku station - it was actually quite nice. Highly recommend if you want a spot where you can get anywhere quick, and also calm and tucked in a calm city area. Also, lots of food choices nearby tucked into Ryogoku's south side - loved it. "

"Very clean. Automated check-in process. Wish the capsule had a hard door instead of a roll down blind. This would reduce the noise you hear from others at night. "
